Approximately 12 times per year, Project Mercy prepares mailing communications to be sent out to donors and stake holders listed in our database. Volunteers are needed at these times to fold letters, stuff and/or seal envelopes, in general to prep the mailing for delivery to the post office. This usually involves 4-6 hours of volunteer time on the given day. If you have an interest in volunteering to assist on these "mailing days", call our office at 260.747.2559 and provide your contact information so that you can be notified (usually 3-5 days prior) of the service date.
